You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your account credentials and keeping your contact and delivery details current. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. PantangNow may store payment references and transaction status but does not require users to provide online banking credentials to PantangNow.

5. Delivery and logistics

Delivery quotations, estimated arrival times and courier options may be provided by third-party logistics providers such as EasyParcel and Lalamove. Fees can change when a quotation expires or when shipment details, distance, weight, dimensions or service availability change.

Tracking events and delivery status may depend on information supplied by the relevant logistics provider.

6. Cancellations, refunds and service changes

Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the service, transaction stage, provider policy, courier status and applicable law. Certain charges may become non-refundable after fulfilment, shipment booking, rider assignment or service commencement.

7. Marketplace and independent providers

Some services and products available through PantangNow are supplied by independent vendors or professionals. Those providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, availability, fulfilment and professional obligations applicable to their services.

8. Health-related information

General information made available through PantangNow is not a substitute for emergency care, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional. Users should seek appropriate professional or emergency assistance when required.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use PantangNow to:

• Break applicable laws or infringe another person's rights.
• Submit fraudulent, misleading or unauthorised transactions.
